1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
2. Arrange apples in bottom of unbaked pie crust.
3. Combine sweet potatoes, beaten eggs, light cream, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg in medium mixing bowl.

Beat mixture with hand mixture until smooth.
5. Pour sweet potato mixture over apples.
6. Cover pie crust edge with foil.
7. Bake 25 minutes. (knife inserted in center should come out clean).
8. Remove foil from pie crust edges.
9. Serve warm.
