1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
2. In large bowl, combine eggs, corn syrup, shredded apple, butter, vanilla extract, salt and cinnamon. Stir to combine.
3. Stir in macadamia nuts and butterscotch flavored morsels.
4. Place pie shell into pie plate.
5. Pour apple macadamia mixture into pie shell.
6. Bake 45-50 minutes. Edge should be set, center will still move slightly.
7. Remove from oven. Cool on wire rack two hours.
8. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate.
