Cooking Tip
Decorative Pie Crust Tops
For best results, rollout pie crust on wax paper and place the dough in the freezer for 5 minutes. Cutting shapes with cookie cutters or by hand will be much easier with the firm, cold dough.

Baking Tip
Freezing Pie Dough
Freezing pie dough works beautifully. Simply wrap pastry in plastic wrap and place in a plastic food storage bag for freezing. Best to use the frozen dough within a few days, but frozen dough will be good for about a month.
